The product includes a sizing tool and a bracelet. The bracelet has a good weight to it, looks very sleek on the outside, and you can see the magnets on the inside.
I like that I was able to adjust the bracelet using the tool provided. It was simple to pop out the pin and remove the extra length.
My recommendation is to be careful when pushing through as when adding the clip back to the bracelet, I missed the hole and bent the tool. I was able to unbend and finish the bracelet sizing.
The bracelet fits well and is very comfortable wearing. It looks great too.
I have worn this bracelet for a few days, and I forget it's on as it is very comfortable and doesn't pull my wrist hair.
Regarding how it works, I notice my hand doesn't get a numb feeling as often as it used to. I work heavily with computers, and wearing this bracelet; I do feel a slight improvement with circulation on my hand.
