I was looking forward to this order to stretch out my back, but I was not impressed.
The product comes in two parts and made of durable plastic with a center foam padding. The plastic is thick and does not appear easily breakable.
It also includes an instruction sheet for assembly and use. It is compact and easy to assemble, requiring a little strength to insert the two pieces together.
I like that you have three options available regarding the arch you want to achieve for stretching.
The con of this product is it is too small, measuring less than 14 inches in length and small width. This means the arch was curving too low on my back and not the center of my back.
Also, because it is not wide, it was more uncomfortable than pleasing.
I tried all three options with the largest arch, which did not work as I anticipated.
Overall if this product were more extended and broader, it would be pretty good. Therefore I rate this product three out of five stars.
