This rose gold themed decoration package comes with many items to create a nice atmosphere for any birthday party.
It includes latex balloons, a Happy Birthday banner, tissue flowers, helium balloons, and a large helium champagne bottle.
I liked the quality of the latex balloons as they were not thin and were able to be blown to a good size. The tissue flowers looked really good too when put together. You will need a helium tank to inflate the remaining items.
Overall this package is very well packed with birthday decorations and pretty good quality too. It is a great bargain considering that the package price is cheaper than what you would pay for the helium champagne bottle alone at a birthday store. Therefore I rate this product a five out of five stars.
