I ordered this product to begin doing a bodyweight workout at my home.
This product comes in many parts and looks very durable. It includes the user manual and bolts to connect the parts together. I set my timer and it took a little over 13 minutes to complete putting it together.
The push-up bars looked great and when I tested it you can really feel your arm and stomach muscles burning.
What I liked about this product was it had a very sturdy structure, had anti-slip grips and was compact. Overall, this product definitely feels like it can enhance and tone my muscles. It is a great cost-effective way to workout at home and I highly recommend it. Therefore I rate this product a five out of five stars.
